These Terms & Conditions apply to every item and agreement between !SYOU and a customer, except where parties have written and agreed to specific deviations.  Explicit agreement with the listed provisions of these Terms & Conditions is otherwise implied when orders are made via www.isyou.com.

!SYOU carefully compounds all information on the website, www.isyou.com.   While it can occur that certain information is incorrectly displayed, is incomplete or is not up-to-date, neither !SYOU or his partners can be considered liable.  Furthermore, !SYOU accepts no liability for information and prices stated on the website by third parties, nor for the effects of transactions occurring from the same.
 
3) Prices
All prices mentioned on www.isyou.com are in EUROs and include VAT (BTW).

5) Delivery Charges
All prices mentioned on the website include delivery charges in the Netherlands.

 
6) Delivery and Delivery Time
6.1 Assuming an item is in stock, !SYOU undertakes to deliver to the preferred address within two working days following the day on which the order was placed. To help ensure a speedy delivery, the buyer may be approached to control the correctness of the order, resulting in a slight delay.
 
6.2 Abovementioned delivery times are an indication and are not written in stone.  Purchaser has the right to cancel without charge, any order not delivered within 30 days.
 
6.3 !SYOU accepts no liability for delays caused by the delivery service.
 
7) Payment
!SYOU offers various methods of payment that enable safe electronic payment transactions via Ogone.
7.1 iDEAL
Dutch purchasers have the possibility to pay via iDEAL.  This was developed by joint Dutch banking institutions and is in line with the already trusted system of Internet Banking.  It is a simple, fast and safe way to order and pay for items online.  Payment can be made following a few steps.
Step 1. When ordering via isyou.com, purchaser selects iDEAL for ‘method of payment’.
Step 2. Purchaser selects their bank.
Step 3. The security link on Internet Banking confirms the payment.
Step 4. Payment is immediately made and transaction shows on account.
 

7.2 Credit Card: Mastercard/Visa
While making an order, purchaser fills in their credit card details including the expiry date.  Purchaser must ensure that details are recorded exactly as on their card.  Payment is then authorised online ensuring that purchaser immediately knows that payment has been approved.

8) Cancellation of contract/ retuns
8.1 Following any item ordered and delivered, the customer has the right to cancel the contract within seven working days.  To cancel the contract, purchaser must contact back@isyou.com within  this time.

 

8.2 We hand-check all our shoes before dispatch, however, is there is a problem with the product or the item ordered is not to the liking of the buyer he or she can requests a refund. The buyer has to  sent the product back to the address mentioned under point 1) of the terms and conditions. If the product arrives in new and unworn condition, and repacked in the bio-cotton bags and !SYOU tube we are happy to refund the full purchase amount within 14 days from this date. The purchaser is liable for return postage.

 

8.3 If the item ordered is not the right size the buyer can sent the product back within seven working days after the purchase to the address mentioned under point 1) of the terms and conditions. If the product arrives in new and unworn condition, and repacked in the bio-cotton bags and !SYOU tube we are happy to exchange them for another size. Depending on the fact if the preferred size is in stock, the new product will be sent within 2 working days. The buyer will be contacted via email concerning this matter. The purchaser is liable for return postage. The postage for the new product is covered by !SYOU.

 
9) Liability
9.1 !SYOU accepts no responsibility for damage caused either deliberately and/or by incorrect use of the product, or due to irresponsible use by the purchaser.
 
9.2 !SYOU accepts no responsibility for any kind of damage due to the use of this website and/or decisions made using information on this website.
 
10) Legal
All legal matters between !SYOU and the customer fall under Dutch law irrespective of the country of origin of the order placed.
 
11) Dutch text prevails
The original Dutch version of these Terms & Conditions prevails over this translation.
 
12) Personal Details
12.1 !SYOU strictly observes the law on protection of all personal details, as laid down in ‘Wet Bescherming Personnsgegevens (NL)’. 

 
12.2 !SYOU holds all customer details in a separate file.  These details will be used to enable completion of orders and kept as long as necessary to ensure a good settlement of any complaint following delivery.  No customer’s personal details will ever be compromised by sharing them with any third party.
