When you buy a pair of !SYOU co-designed sneakers you join our growing band of collaborators around the world. And we care as much about the people who wear our stuff as the guys who make it. If you have an idea, a product related isyou or a question about anything we do, send us an e-mail and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

PRODUCT RETURNS

We want you to love your new !SYOUs. But if you don’t for whatever reason, contact us via email  and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Email us with what new size you want then send them back to us at the address below. As along as they arrive back in the same new and unworn condition we will swap them. Return postage costs must be covered by you unless the shoes are damaged or faulty.

WANT A REFUND?

We offer a full refund within 10 days of purchase. Providing we receive the shoes in new and unworn condition, and repacked in the bio-cotton bags and !SYOU tube we are happy to refund the full purchase amount within 3-5 days of receipt. You can also keep the white !SYOU laces as a gift from us.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT

We hand-check all our shoes before dispatch, however, is there is a problem with your pair, please email us at back@isyou.com with a description and photos if you can. We will refund purchase cost and postage for damaged or faulty shoes.
